ppongplay respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid notices submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Korean copyright law.

1. About our content

Summary: We don't host game files. Games are iframes from licensed third-party publishers.

Every game on the Site is embedded via iframe from third-party HTML5 publishers (Playgama and similar) who have legitimate distribution rights. ppongplay does not host the games themselves — we do not upload, copy, or store game files.

2. Filing a notice

Summary: Send a written takedown request with the items listed below.

If you believe a work you own (or are authorized to act on behalf of) has been made available on the Site without authorization, send a written notice to the address below containing the items listed in section 3.

3. Required information (DMCA §512(c)(3))

Summary: Six items: your contact, the work, the URL, two sworn statements, and a signature.

Your contact info: full legal name, email, phone, and your relationship to the rights holder (yourself / authorized agent)
Identification of the copyrighted work: enough detail to identify the original work (title, where it's published, etc.)
Location of the infringing material: the exact URL on this Site (e.g. https://ppongplay.com/game/[slug])
Good-faith statement: "I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
Accuracy statement, under penalty of perjury: "The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
Signature: physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent

4. Where to send

Summary: Email our DMCA agent. Put 'DMCA Takedown Notice' in the subject.

5. Processing timeline

Summary: Reviewed within 5 business days. Listings removed immediately; notice forwarded to the publisher.

Valid notices are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt.
For embedded third-party content, we remove the listing from the Site immediately and forward the notice to the relevant publisher.
You will receive an email confirming the action taken.

6. Misrepresentation / false claims

Summary: Knowingly false takedowns can make you liable for damages and legal fees.

Under DMCA §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer or by us. Please review your claim carefully before submitting.

7. Counter-notice

Summary: If your content was removed by mistake, you can file a counter-notice with the same address.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. A valid counter-notice must include (a) your contact info and signature, (b) identification of the removed material and its prior location, (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and (d) consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.
